CEC Token works without an account. You can browse 818 tokens across 74 brands, read every guide, and use most of the site as a guest. But signing up unlocks the parts that make the site genuinely useful as a long-term collecting tool: tracking what you own, building a wishlist, messaging other collectors, and using the Lot Builder and Trade Finder.
What an account unlocks
Once you're logged in, the site remembers what you own. Every item page picks up an "Add to collection" button, your profile at /u/your-username becomes a public collector page with a running collection-value estimate, and the catalog browser adds an "Ownership" filter so you can flip between "show me what I own" and "show me the gaps."
You also get:
- A wishlist that other collectors can see when they're looking for trade partners.
- The ability to message other collectors directly about trades, sales, or questions.
- Notifications when someone replies to one of your messages.
- The Lot Builder tool, which generates listing images for multi-token resale lots.
- The Trade Finder tool, which compares your collection against another collector's to surface trade opportunities.
Total collector count right now: 112.
Signing up
The sign-up form asks for three things:
- Username: 3 to 17 characters, letters and numbers only. This becomes part of your public profile URL at
/u/your-username, so pick something you're willing to be known as in the collector community. Usernames are case-insensitive and have to be unique. - Email: used for password recovery and any opt-in updates. Not shown publicly.
- Password: pick something strong.
There's an optional checkbox for wishlist email updates during sign-up. If you turn it on, the site will email you when another collector lists something matching your wishlist for sale. You can change this later in your profile settings.
After you sign up
The first thing most new collectors do is mark a few tokens as owned. The fastest path:
- Browse to a token you have (use the search box or the brand-group filter chips on
/items). - Click Add to collection on the item page.
- The item is now in your collection at quantity 1. To add duplicates, click again.
Once you have a few items in your collection, your profile page at /u/your-username will show them with a running fair-value estimate.
A sample of what's being tracked
A few of the most-valuable pieces in the catalog today:
Australian Charlie Cheese Pizza Playhouse Token (122N)
2014 Saudi Arabia Chuck E Cheese Token (503B)
2019 Saudi Arabia Chuck E Cheese Token (512B)
Privacy posture
By default, your collection is public, other collectors can see what you own and use that to find you as a potential trade partner. Your email address is never shown publicly, and the site doesn't sell user data.
If you want to be invisible in trade-partner searches, leave your collection empty or use the per-item visibility controls (where applicable).
Where to go next
- Tracking your collection covers the mechanics in more detail (quantities, purchase prices, duplicates).
- Reading an item page walks through every field on a token's detail view.
